(7 de septiembre de 2012) – La superestrella internacionalJennifer López y las megaestrellas de la música latina urbana Wisin y Yandel se unen para ofrecer un concierto histórico en Puerto Rico, este 22 de diciembre de 2012.FOLLOW THE LEADER – EL CONCIERTO se llevará a cabo en la sede más grande e importante de la isla, el Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot. Los boletos, a precios de $30.00 en adelante, estarán a la venta a partir de este jueves, 13 de septiembre, en Ticketpop.com o en la boletería del Coliseo de Puerto Rico. FOLLOW THE LEADER – EL CONCIERTO es una producción de Paco López.

FOLLOW THE LEADER – EL CONCIERTO marca el regreso de Jennifer Lopez al escenario en Puerto Rico, tras más de 10 años sin ofrecer un concierto en la isla. López, de ascendencia puertorriqueña, nacida y criada en el Bronx, Nueva York, se ha convertido en un icono mundial y una de las celebridades latinas más influyentes en el mundo.

“Es un gran honor compartir este concierto con Jennifer Lopez en nuestra isla de Puerto Rico. No podemos esperar a celebrar las navidades con nuestra gente y prometemos brindarles la mejor celebración del año con la mejor producción que podemos ofrecer”, expresó Yandel. “Será algo gigantesco, histórico, de parte de Wisin y Yandel junto a JLo que es siempre una princesa, una diosa en el escenario”, declaró Wisin.

FOLLOW THE LEADER – EL CONCIERTO marcará la primera vez que JLo trae su espectáculo a Puerto Rico desde sus conciertos “Let’s Get Loud” en el Coliseo Roberto Clemente, donde la artista filmó un especial de televisión que se trasmitió en la cadena NBC y alcanzó el #1 en ratings. Wisin y Yandel han logrado vender a capacidad el Coliseo de Puerto Rico 15 veces. Su concierto en el coliseo en el 2009 fue transmitido en vivo por Terra.com y rompió récords con mas de 51 millones de visitas streaming.

Wisin y Yandel y Jennifer López ya han demostrado ser una combinación exitosa con su sencillo “Follow the Leader”, que llegó a ser la canción #1 en EEUU y Puerto Rico, así como #1 en iTunes en Bulgaria, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Perú, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panamá, República Dominicana, entre otros países. LOS ANGELES, CA. (September 7, 2012) – International superstar Jennifer Lopezand Latin urban music megastars Wisin & Yandel team up for a historical concert event in Puerto Rico on December 22, 2012. FOLLOW THE LEADER – THE CONCERT will take place at the largest and most prominent venue on the island, theColiseo de Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot. This will mark the first time Jennifer Lopez will perform in Puerto Rico in over 10 years. Lopez, of Puerto Rican descent, has risen to superstardom after growing up in the Bronx, NY, becoming a global icon and one of the most influential Latin celebrities in the world.

Wisin & Yandel have successfully sold out the Coliseo de Puerto Rico 15 times over. Their 2009 concert at the venue was aired live on Terra.com and received an impressive record-breaking 51 million streaming views.
